This story had me from the "Credence" quote. Studies are showing who causes the rain instead of who can stop it. The author further goes to state that the increasing amounts of rainfall and snow are caused by human sources. Although there are not significant differences of when it rains, there are differences in how much it rains. Scientist are trying to pin the blame of the increased rainfall on humanity, when in fact there is little to be done to resolve the issue.
