1) I chose this particular story because it shows what kind of an impact recent events (shootings at government meetings) have had on cities in Alabama.
2)This story has impact, in light of recent, tragic events, safety is of the utmost concern for everybody. Proximity- its in Alabama. Prominence is involved with the story revolving around the Dothan city council (public figures).
3) The lead did not work at all. It seemed like a bunch of fluff, and was not straight and to the point. It only told who and a partial where.
4) An unanswered question is, how much is all this extra security going to cost?
